This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come back into your body, your breath, and your heart.
Set in the lush beauty of Costa Rica, Alchemy of the Heart is a fully immersive experience designed to support deep rest, emotional release, and genuine reconnection with yourself. This is time away from the noise, the roles, and the constant doing. Time to remember who you are beneath it all.
Over six days, you’ll be guided through breathwork journeys, embodied practices, ceremony, and intentional experiences that allow real transformation to unfold gently and organically. You’ll be held in a supportive container with nourishing food, beautiful accommodations, and space to integrate, reflect, and simply be.
This retreat is all-inclusive, with the exception of airfare. Once you arrive, everything is taken care of so you can fully drop in.
